Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Rarticle Software Sdn. Bhd. ("Rarticle", "we", "us", or "our"), including our Google Workspace application that connects Google Drive and Google Sheets to n8n automation workflows (the "Service").

By installing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

The Service is a Google Workspace application that reads Google Form submission data from your connected Google Drive and Google Sheets, then triggers automation workflows via the n8n API based on that data. The Service acts as a bridge between your Google Workspace environment and your configured n8n instance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Google Account and Permissions

To use the Service, you must authorise it to access your Google account via OAuth 2.0. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. You may revoke the Service's access at any time through your Google Account settings.

You represent that you have the right and authority to grant the Service access to the Google Drive and Sheets data you connect.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to process data you are not authorised to access or share.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service in a manner that violates Google's Acceptable Use Policy or any applicable Google API terms.
• Transmit any harmful, unlawful, or objectionable content through the Service.
• Use the Service to infringe any intellectual property rights or violate any person's privacy.

5. Your Data

You retain full ownership of the data in your Google Drive, Google Sheets, and any form submissions. By using the Service, you grant Rarticle a limited licence to access and process that data solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service (i.e., to trigger your n8n automation workflows).

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you process through the Service complies with all applicable laws, including obtaining any required consents from individuals whose data appears in your form submissions.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and all related materials, is owned by Rarticle Software Sdn. Bhd. and protected by Malaysian and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rarticle Software Sdn. Bhd. and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rarticle Software Sdn. Bhd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking the app's access to your Google account. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued before the date of termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where feasible, notify you via the Service or email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
